Diane is a seasoned coach, facilitator, and mentor.

I am energized by tactical work, by helping people get sh*t done. Together we tackle your lackluster releases, your mandatory meetings, and your disappointing collaboration. This might look like:

  • Coaching: Being embedded in a cross-functional team, coaching and teaching in real-time as we discover and deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Facilitation: Running a half-day, department open space around a new org strategy roll-out, allowing concerns to surface and leadership to get real feedback.

  • One-on-one mentoring: Meeting individually bi-weekly to explore current habits and build new ones.

Together we assess where you are, where you want to go, and what it will take to get there.

As I got to know Diane, I learned that she is a remarkably empathetic leader. Her boundless enthusiasm and energy is tempered by a practiced ability to listen and grounded in a deep well of knowledge, both theoretical and practical.

Diane is an international speaker and workshop facilitator.

I have presented numerous talks and workshops at events around the world, including Agile20xx, Agile and Beyond, dsmAgile, CodeMash, Lean Agile Scotland, NDC Oslo, ØreDev, and Agile India. I enjoy teaching and connecting with others who share my passion for learning.

My favorite topics involve expanding people’s views of themselves and what’s possible. These have included: shifting roles on new agile teams, working remotely effectively, creating kick-a$$ collaboration, and practicing tactical empathy.

I will say that this was the best workshop I attended during this conference.

Diane is a lover of life.

We get out of life what we are brave enough to put into it. Kind and endlessly curious, I believe every person has the potential to live an authentic, impactful life - unique to their skills, passions, and interests.

My interests include climbing, kayaking, flower gardening, traveling, writing, art & architecture, volunteering, and spending time with friends, family, and my two amazing sons. I am also determined to find a winter escape from life in the snow belt.

Drop a note and say hello.
